We all know as Realtors that this is the worst company to buy leads from. Any lead sources anyone reccomends thanks.

Some of the best referrals, I would think, include co-ordinating with another agent or mortgage banker/broker and do a mailing to apartment complexes in places like Plainsboro, West Windsor and Princeton where some of the highest rents are. That should yield a few per 1000 leads for first time home buyers.. let me know what you think?

Great source to send out mailers considering the costs per mailer. You usually get a 1-3% percentage response rate.
