40 Year mortgage products Got to love the 99% interest payments. You mine as well rent in today’s market unless you have a lot of money down. Too many first home buyers with no money down are attracted to these programs but regret to see short/long term goals

Wow this site has come a long way. It’s not just yet ready to launch. The logo and header needs some attention then we have to take those concepts and bring it to print. Also have to transfer all folders from server to local machine and backed up on USB drive. The databases also need to backed up through the cpanel on local drive and USB just in case we need to recover data. All necessary modifications have been done except for the multi-keyword search. Make sure all cities are applicable and review sub categories. We’re almost there hold on tight.

www.PANDORA.com is the best streaming radio.  You build your music lists.  You can give it a thumbs up or down if you like and it will cater to what songs you’ll like.  Also you can create your own genre.  it will fitler music for you!!  I hope they come out with a module for websites.  I’d be happy if my visitors can listen to their own music while browsing the site.  Pandora is revolutionizing the way we listen to music online.  A must in the background when browsing the internet!
