Reasonable buys on condos and townhomes in mercer county

There are some great deals in Hamilton and Washington township for condos and townhomes. They range anywhere between low 200s to high 300’s. Taxes are very reasonable relative to other townships in the county. This is great for first time home buyers who are looking to buy instead of renting.
