All of these properties are situated on top of commercial space but gives you a feeling of nyc feel when you step inside. Some of the floor plans are two-story and offer spectacular views and others aren’t true lofts but one-story. The prices are very affordable compared to what you can buy going north without all the congestion. They start from sub 200K range at about 900 square feet for a 1 bedroom to a 2-story/ 2bedroom/ loft with 2500 square feet. Half of the units have sold and there are plenty more to go around.
