Condos in the sub 100K range is an excellent way to get into your first home for under $1000 a month. The market has tanked and I don’t see these properties going down any further since this is a blue ribbon school district. There are townhomes available in Plainsboro a little above 300K mark but you will be getting 1700+ sq foot. There are several areas of Mercer County where I can direct you for bargain deals!
