There are two new developments that have opened just recently. Christopher Estates is a 16 lot development and I believe Washington Estates is 25 lots. Christopher will be having 1/4-1/2 acre lots which will be situated near the Hamilton train station and Washington Estates are 1+ acre lots. The homes starts at $469,000.
